Crystal Point Condominium Association's Online Survey



PURPOSE:

WHO: The survey is open to all owners, renters, and occupants of Crystal Point over the age of 18. More than one person may respond per unit (for example, the owner, the resident who leases the unit, and several resident family members), so we are encouraging all owners, renters, and occupants over the age of 18 to complete the survey. When more than one person responds for a unit, their responses will either be averaged by unit or considered individually, depending on the question. If you own multiple units, you may respond once for each unit.

IMPORTANT: This survey must be completed in a single session. At anytime, you may use the "Previous Question" button to go backward to a previous question. However, once you have completed the survey, you cannot change your answers.

CONFIDENTIALITY: You will be asked for your unit number and name; this information will be used only to verify the eligibility of the survey participants and will not be part of the reported information.
