Our Affiliate Program

THE CURRENT TERMS OF OUR AFFILIATE PROGRAM ARE AS STATED AT THAT WEB SITE.

The following information is for Affiliates accepted directly into the CliqueFriends Affiliate Program prior to July, 2004:

CliquePals welcomes individuals and companies who can help us grow our membership with quality enrollments. You can earn $0.15 (USD) for each qualifying sign-up to CliquePals. Furthermore, if someone you refer to CliquePals becomes a Premium member within 60 days of signing up, you can earn an additional $1.00 (USD).

Qualifying Sign-Ups

For an enrollment to qualify, it must be a new CliquePals enrollment by a new participant who meets the normal CliquePals enrollment requirements. Furthermore, the enrollment must be by and for a US resident (1) who enrolls during a visit via a link containing your Affiliate ID and that ID is not overwritten by the user at time of enrollment, (2) who registers and maintains a US location (subject to our verification), (3) who remains an active member for at least 60 days, and (5) who, in the case of a Premium member, has paid the regular Premium Membership rate.

Payments

Payments will be made monthly, 60 days after each enrollment satisfies the program's requirements and when the total amount due you exceeds $10.00 (USD). Because of processing costs, amounts less than $2.50 at the conclusion of this program will not be paid.

Payment will be made through PayPal. Please maintain a current PayPal individual or business account using the address you place on file with us. You must accept our PayPal payment within 28 days of issuance or you will forfeit the payment.

Other Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to delay or cancel payment if we have reason to suspect fraud on your part. In all cases, CliqueFriends, LLC, is the sole determiner of eligibility and payment

We reserve the right to change or terminate this program or an individual account without prior notice or cause. Any program changes will be posted here.
